Job Description We are looking for a QA Lead with strong experience in both automation and manual testing to lead quality efforts for our engineering and web-based applications in the AEC domain. The role involves defining test strategy, driving automation, managing test cycles, and guiding the QA team. Key Responsibilities - Lead QA activities across engineering and web applications. - Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright/Cypress. - Create and execute manual/automation test plans for functional, regression, and API testing. - Ensure test coverage, release quality, and defect reporting. - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to clarify requirements and ensure quality deliverables. - Mentor QA engineers and oversee daily QA operations. - Contribute to CI/CD test integration. Requirements Required Skills - 810 years of QA experience with at least 23 years in a lead role. - Strong in automation (Selenium + 1 additional framework). - Good experience in testing web applications and basic understanding of engineering/AEC workflows. - Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, API testing, and defect management tools. - Hands-on experience with Java or Python for automation. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git. Nice to Have - Exposure to engineering or AEC tools/products (basic understanding is sufficient). - Knowledge of performance or security testing tools.
