June Enterprises is a leading manufacturer of semiconductor consumable specializing in the design, production, and distribution of clean room garments and personal wearable for Semicon or SMT OR Industrial Electronics.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales personnel to join our team and expand our customer base within the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will have a technical understanding of semiconductor products and the ability to sell to a variety of customers, including OEMs, distributors, and engineers. This role will focus on building and maintaining relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring that customers receive top-quality products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets within the semiconductor industry. Appoint sales personal to build team
Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Product Knowledge: Understand the technical specifications and applications of semiconductor products and communicate this information effectively to customers.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets, including but not limited to Semicon or any clean room
Negotiations: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable business agreements while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to stay ahead in the competitive semiconductor market.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with production and marketing team to work strategy , exhibition and other activities to boost sales
Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to the management team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, related field
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the semiconductor or electronics industry.
Technical understanding of semiconductor products, manufacturing processes, and market applications.
Enthusiast person to achieving sales targets and developing long-term client relationships.
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with specific semiconductor product lines, such as power semiconductors, sensors, microcontrollers, or memory devices.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
