Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Computer Vision AI/ML/DL Engineer with 5+ years of expertise in developing advanced models and algorithms for clustering, segmentation, object detection, and image processing.

In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions using deep learning, computer vision, and machine learning frameworks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate intelligent vision-based models into real-world automation systems for waste sorting and recycling.

Roles and Responsibilities

1.    
Core AI/ML Development
:

○     Research, design, and implement deep learning models for object detection, clustering, and segmentation

○     Develop robust image/ processing pipelines for real-time industrial application.

Collaboration & Integration
:

○     Work closely with software and hardware teams to deploy AI models into production systems.

○     Optimize models for real-time inference on edge devices and GPUs.

○     Collaborate with data engineering teams for dataset creation, annotation, and preprocessing.

3.    
Performance & Optimization
:

○     Evaluate models using metrics such as mAP, IoU, Precision, Recall, F1-score, latency, throughput.

○     Optimize models for speed, accuracy, and scalability in production environments.

○       Implement active learning and semi-supervised approaches for continuous model improvement.

4.    
Agile Practices
:

○     Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.

○     Contribute to roadmap planning and documentation.

5.    
Research & Innovation
:

○       Explore novel architectures, algorithms, and frameworks applicable to industrial automation.

○       Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML/DL and computer vision.

Requirements of a successful candidate:

·      Education qualification—Bachelor's/Master's
degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.

·      
5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML/DL with a focus on computer vision.

·      Skills required

·      Strong expertise in deep learning frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, and OpenCV.

·      Proven experience in clustering, segmentation, object detection, and image classification.

·      Experience with real-time model deployment on edge devices (Jetson, GPU, TPU).

·      Proficiency in Python, CUDA, and C++ (preferred).

·      Familiarity with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD pipelines).

·      Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills.

·      Any additional requirement—publications,
patents, or Kaggle competition experience in computer vision—is an added advantage
