Opportunity for Customer Service Coordinator for our hospital in Mahim on yearly fixed term contract on hospital payroll
Location - Mahim
Qualification: 2 + years in Customer Service.
General Job responsibilities:
Reports to Customer Service In charge. Assists the Customer Service In charge to ensure smooth functioning of the department to the satisfaction of the customers
Takes rounds of the Hospital patient care areas, in addition to being posted at various departments/ sections of the Hospital
To address patient/ relatives queries
To gather feedback on the services provided, handling grievances, pacifying irate customers
Escorting and guiding VIP clients referred to the department by Higher Management or any other authentic reference.
Upper class patients are escorted at the time of admission and comprehensive service.
Courtesy and general Information communication for continuation and management of patient relationship
Admission counseling is conducted within 24 hrs of admission
Appointment confirmation calls made to Privilege clinic patients, Pre-admission calls to surgical patients of Median B, Median A, Special, Deluxe and Suite classes one day prior to admission. Post discharge calls to all Median B and above patients on third day of discharge. Pre admission calls to corporate patients, Bed allotted but not turned up for admission patient.
Sending Birthday Cards, Specialized letters
Encouraging patients & relatives to fill the patient satisfaction feedback forms on TAB
Prepares reports
Monthly Customer Service report.
Monthly CSI/Quality Indicators report (IPD/OPD)
Monthly Trend Report
Mapping awareness of PRE
Assisting Marketing depart in organization of camps / conference /workshop / seminars etc
As the Customer Service Coordinators are posted at various departments/ sections of the Hospital, namely IPD, OPD, IVF, SSS, Imaging and HCK; their department specific job responsibilities are as per the requirement of that particular department/ section.
