Operar y programar maquinaria siguiendo los principios de: Seguridad, medio ambiente, calidad, entrega a tiempo y costo.
- Operar adecuada y correctamente las mquinas bajo su responsabilidad.
- Realizar lectura e interpretacin de planos, especificaciones y procedimientos.
- Realizar rutinas de TPM a maquinaria y equipo.
- Preparar herramientas de corte, de acuerdo con pieza a maquinar.
- Realizar calibraciones de herramientas con Tool Setter.
- Ejecutar preparacin de setup.
- Realizar programacin y operacin de mquinas de control numrico.
- Realizar piezas con tolerancias establecidas.
- Uso de programacin de Mster Cam para la programacin de algunas piezas.
- Uso de instrumentos de medicin como: (vernier, micrmetro, bore gages).
- Conocimiento de tipos de aceros como operador de maquina CNC.
- Conocimiento en programacin CNC.
- Conocimiento de instrumentos de medicin.
- Conocimiento y funcionamiento de herramientas de corte.
- Conocimiento en tipos de insertos.
- Conocimiento de mquinas de control numrico (CNC).
- Conocimiento en mquinas CNC de 3 y 4 ejes.
