OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO

Asegurar la continuidad operativa de la lnea de produccin mediante la coordinacin de actividades de mantenimiento y produccin, garantizando el cumplimiento de estndares de seguridad, calidad y eficiencia, as como la resolucin oportuna de problemas tcnicos y organizacionales.

RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estndares de seguridad industrial en todas las operaciones.
  • Coordinar y dar seguimiento a juntas y actividades de produccin, asegurando la alineacin con los objetivos del rea.
  • Supervisar y dar cumplimiento a los planes de produccin.
  • Identificar, analizar y resolver problemas tcnicos y operativos de manera eficiente.
  • Preparar y presentar informacin de desempeo en reuniones de produccin.
  • Colaborar en proyectos de capital, anlisis de causa raz e iniciativas de mejora continua.
  • Mantener una coordinacin estrecha con los equipos de soporte.
CONOCIMIENTOS Y HABILIDADES REQUERIDAS
  • Pensamiento analitico: Capacidad para anticipar, reconocer y resolver eficazmente conflictos dentro del grupo o con individuos.
  • Mejora de procesos: Mantener registros y analizar datos para mejorar indicadores de desempeo. Mejorar continuamente rutinas y procedimientos de mantenimiento. Aplicar metodologas de resolucin de problemas en diversas situaciones.
  • Conocimiento de estndares y procedimientos organizacionales: Capacidad para planificar, guiar y monitorear procesos de mantenimiento para asegurar el cumplimiento.
  • Planeacin y organizacin: Preparar y presentar informacin en juntas de produccin. Colaborar en proyectos de capital, anlisis de causa raz e iniciativas de mejora continua.
  • Operaciones de manufactura: Capacidad para anticipar, detectar y resolver problemas tcnicos en un entorno de manufactura. Capacidad para leer e interpretar dibujos tcnicos.
CONOCIMIENTO DESEABLE EN:
  • Gestin de recursos humanos y de tiempo.
  • Conocimientos en TPM, Lean, Six Sigma.
  • Experiencia en SAP, Power BI.
  • Experiencia en Maquinas CNC.
Informacin adicional:
  • Ubicacin: Cienega de Flores
  • Horario laboral: Lunes a Sbado de 6:30 a.m. a 2:30 p.m.
  • Disponibilidad de viajar: 5 PERCENT
  • Esta posicin no cuenta con el apoyo de relocalizacin.
