Software Trainee (IT Freshers)

About the Role

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Freshers who are eager to build a strong career in .NET Full-Stack Development and Microsoft Azure Cloud.

Selected candidates will undergo a 6month intensive training program, followed by deployment into real-world projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to work on modern technologies such as .NET 8, ASP.NET Core, Azure Cloud, React, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Cosmos DB, GraphQL, Service Bus, Event Grid, and more.

Key Responsibilities

During and after the training, candidates will:

1. .NET & C# Development

  • Work with Git (Clone, Commit, Push, Pull, Branching).
  • Learn C# basics: variables, data types, operators, loops, conditions, classes & objects.
  • Implement error handling, debugging, custom exceptions.
  • Develop applications using LINQ, async/await, DI, services, and .NET Core architecture.

2. ASP.NET Core (MVC & Web API)

  • Build MVC applications with controllers, views, Razor pages, routing.
  • Develop RESTful APIs (CRUD, model binding, JSON serialization).
  • Implement ASP.NET Identity, JWT authentication, and role-based access.
  • Unit testing using xUnit; API testing using Postman.

3. Frontend Development (HTML, CSS, JS & React)

  • Build responsive UIs using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap/Material UI.
  • Core JavaScript concepts: DOM manipulation, events, Fetch API.
  • React fundamentals: components, state, props, hooks, routing.
  • Implement Redux Toolkit or Context API.
  • Build a full-stack app using React + ASP.NET Core API.

4. Azure Cloud (App Services, Storage, DB, Monitoring)

  • Azure portal navigation, subscriptions, RGs, deployment slots.
  • Hands-on with App Services, scaling, logging, diagnostics.
  • Azure Storage (Blob), access tiers, SAS tokens.
  • Cosmos DB: containers, partition keys, queries, SDK integration.
  • Azure Key Vault: secrets, keys, certificates, managed identity.
  • Application Insights, Log Analytics, dashboards, alerts.

5. Microservices, Containers & Kubernetes

  • Understanding microservices vs monoliths.
  • DDD, CQRS, Saga pattern basics.
  • Docker: images, containers, Dockerfile, Compose.
  • Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS): deployments, scaling, HPA, rollouts.
  • Azure Container Registry integration.

6. GraphQL & API Gateway

  • Basics of GraphQL schema, queries, mutations, resolvers.
  • HotChocolate setup with .NET.
  • Routing, federation, client-side integration.

7. Messaging, Events & Background Jobs

  • Azure Service Bus (queues, topics, subscriptions).
  • Event Grid (event routing, handlers).
  • Implementing event-driven workflows.
  • Hangfire: background jobs, retries, dashboards.

8. Full-Stack Project Delivery

  • Build and deploy end-to-end applications.
  • Integrate backend (.NET 8 APIs), frontend (React), database (Cosmos DB).
  • Perform API design reviews, testing, and performance validation.

What We Are Looking For

  • B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. IT / Any relevant IT degree (2024/2025 passouts preferred).
  • Strong problemsolving and logical thinking.
  • Good understanding of programming basics (any language).
  • Willingness to learn .NET, Azure, React, and cloud-native development.
