Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee MERN Stack Developer to join our development team. As a trainee, you will be given the opportunity to work with the latest web technologies and gain hands-on experience in building full-stack web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, , , ) technology stack. This is a great opportunity to kickstart your career in web development, working closely with experienced developers and learning best practices in software development.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB/MySQL, , , ).

Assist in building RESTful APIs for front-end and back-end integration.

Work on the development, debugging, and testing of applications to ensure optimal performance.

Collaborate with the development team to ensure applications meet both technical and user requirements.

Understand and write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.

Assist in identifying and fixing bugs and improving application performance.

Stay updated on the latest technologies, tools, and trends in web development.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Basic understanding of JavaScript and familiarity with frameworks like (preferred).

Knowledge of and how server-side applications work.

Basic understanding of MongoDB or MySQL databases.

Familiarity with or other back-end frameworks is a plus.

Strong interest and willingness to learn full-stack development using the MERN stack.

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.

Basic understanding of Git and version control.

A keen eye for problem-solving and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively.
