We are seeking a Junior Account Executive to support our finance and accounts team in managing day-to-day accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Tally/Excel for maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounting records (vouchers, invoices, bills, etc.).
  • Support in preparing financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
  • Record journal entries and ensure timely data entry in accounting software (Tally/ERP).
  • Handle accounts receivable and payable, including follow-ups for payments.
  • Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports.
  • Coordinate with banks, vendors, and internal departments for smooth operations.
  • Help in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
  • Provide support to the senior accounts team in audits and internal checks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (B.Com or equivalent).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and MS Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under supervision and learn quickly.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
  • Internship or prior experience in accounting will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
