Job Title: Territory Sales Manager (Agro Chemicals- Pesticides/ Crop Care)

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage and develop sales network within the assigned territory.
  • Appoint and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key farmers.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and product promotional activities.
  • Regularly collect and report market intelligence, competitor activities, and credit management updates.
  • Support marketing campaigns and ensure on-ground execution of company schemes.
  • Handle territory collections and maintain healthy business relationships with trade partners.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Qualification: B.Sc. (Agriculture) / M.Sc. (Agri) / B.Sc. (Chemistry) or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in Agrochemical / Pesticide / Fertilizer sales.
  • Background: Must be from the Agriculture or Agrochemical sector with proven territory management experience.
