Job Title: Territory Sales Manager (Agro Chemicals- Pesticides/ Crop Care)

Location: Saharanpur, Haridwar & Shamli (U.P. & Uttarakhand Region)
Head Office: Hyderabad
Role & responsibilities
- Manage and develop sales network within the assigned territory.
- Appoint and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key farmers.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and product promotional activities.
- Regularly collect and report market intelligence, competitor activities, and credit management updates.
- Support marketing campaigns and ensure on-ground execution of company schemes.
- Handle territory collections and maintain healthy business relationships with trade partners.
Preferred candidate profile
- Qualification: B.Sc. (Agriculture) / M.Sc. (Agri) / B.Sc. (Chemistry) or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in Agrochemical / Pesticide / Fertilizer sales.
- Background: Must be from the Agriculture or Agrochemical sector with proven territory management experience.
