  • Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to customers for product inquiries, follow-ups, and sales support.
  • Handle inbound customer calls and address queries efficiently.
  • Maintain and update customer databases.
  • Explain product details, offers, and services clearly to customers.
  • Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
  • Prepare call reports and share feedback with the management team.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Female candidates only.
  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
  • Pleasant voice and confident telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in tele-calling or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Freshers are aslo welcome to our company.
