Area Manager - New Car Finance 

Job Purpose 

This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd.

Duties and Responsibilities- Meet and exceed business goals/targets in different products such as Loans and Insurance (bundled/non-bundled) through lead fulfilment and field activity on existing database.
- Manage, control, and own all channel businesses.
- Recruit, retain, manage, and build a productive team of off-roll employees.
- Maintain delinquency on the portfolio in line with the product segment.
- Handle customer escalations and complaints.
- Monitor and measure key conversion, productivity, and data penetration metrics.
- Learning and understanding of CRM and lending systems and Finnone) is a must.
- Effectively engage with Credit, Operations, and Risk teams.
- Hygiene management is a crucial part of the car refinance business, including effective monitoring and PDD collection.
- Track cases at every stage to ensure better control.

Required Qualifications and Experience- Educational Qualifications:  Minimum qualificationMBA.
- Work Experience:  Minimum 4 years of experience.
- Skills and Knowledge:  Minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements.
