Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager at our Kochi location. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, enhancing customer service, and driving sales and profitability. The role includes developing and implementing branch strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and providing leadership and guidance to the team.

  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards and procedures
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in using financial technology and software
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus
