Printer & Hardware Support

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer with strong knowledge of printer repair, troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing technical issues, performing repairs, installing software and hardware, and ensuring optimal performance of printers and related devices at client locations or within the service center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair various types of printers (inkjet, laser, dot matrix, etc.).
  • Perform installation, configuration, and setup of printers and related software.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
  • Assemble and disassemble printers and related hardware components for maintenance or repair.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure reliable printer performance.
  • Install drivers, firmware updates, and related software.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on printer operation and maintenance.
  • Maintain service records, report repairs, and document issues systematically.
  • Coordinate with the technical team or vendors for replacement parts or advanced repairs.
  • Ensure adherence to company service standards and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with multiple printer brands (HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Ricoh, etc.)
  • Knowledge of photocopier and multifunction device servicing.
  • Understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) for driver and software support.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
