Role Overview:
The Contracts Specialist will be part of the
Global Logistics Contracts Team
, responsible for managing the complete contract lifecycle—from drafting and negotiation to execution and obligations tracking. The role requires close collaboration with global logistics partners and cross-functional internal teams to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and support automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contracts Management
- Manage end-to-end
Contract Lifecycle
for assigned logistics contracts (drafting, negotiation, risk analysis, execution). - Lead
contract renegotiations
and ensure timely execution across stakeholders. - Act as a
single point of accountability
for assigned contracts. - Provide
legal and operational support
during negotiations with logistics partners across multiple modes: Warehousing, Air, Ocean, Surface, Parcel, Brokerage, and Control Tower. - Support
procurement decisions
by offering legal and contractual insights aligned with industry best practices. - Resolve contractual disputes through negotiation, leveraging financial, legal, and operational expertise.
2. Obligations Management
- Track and monitor all
contractual obligations and deliverables
through the CLM tool. - Ensure compliance with timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation requirements.
- Collaborate with
internal and external stakeholders
to ensure obligations are clearly understood and fulfilled. - Provide
regular reports and updates
on compliance metrics, risks, and issue resolutions. - Identify potential issues proactively and drive
timely corrective actions
.
3. CLM Transformation & Automation
- Support the
Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Tool Implementation
. - Participate in
automation and digitization initiatives
related to contracts and obligations management. - Provide insights and feedback to enhance system efficiency and reporting.

- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a global business environment.
