Job Description:

The Planning Engineer will play a key role in supporting project planning and monitoring activities. The ideal candidate will prepare project schedules, coordinate between design and execution teams, and maintain detailed progress reports to ensure smooth project delivery at sites in Assam and Telangana.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project.
  • Coordinate with site teams and engineering departments for planning and progress updates.
  • Track, analyze, and report project performance against established schedules.
  • Prepare and review project drawings and layouts using AutoCAD.
  • Assist in resource allocation, risk assessment, and workflow optimization.
  • Maintain records of project documentation, reports, and drawings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

  • Experience: 23 years of experience in project planning or coordination preferred; freshers with MS Project and AutoCAD proficiency will also be considered.

  • Technical Skills:

  • MS Project for planning, scheduling, and tracking progress.

  • AutoCAD for preparing and reviewing project layouts.

  • Other Skills:

  • Strong analytical and coordination skills.

  • Effective communication and team collaboration.
  • Willingness to work at project sites in Assam and Telangana.
