We are seeking a CA with 7 years of relevant experience in internal controls and compliance. The role requires proven expertise in ICFR, SOX Testing, Process & Control Testing, and end-to-end SOP development and implementation. The candidate should demonstrate sound knowledge of risk and control frameworks and strong stakeholder interaction and communication skills. • Conduct ICFR and SOX testing across key business processes to evaluate internal control effectiveness.
• Identify control gaps and implement remediation plans to strengthen process controls.
• Develop, update, and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across functions.
• Collaborate with process owners to enhance the design and execution of internal controls.
• Support periodic risk assessments and assist in internal audit activities.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management highlighting key findings, risks, and recommended actions.

• CA qualification is mandatory with 7 years of experience in internal controls and compliance.
• Strong hands-on experience in ICFR, SOX Testing, and Control Testing.
• Proven expertise in SOP development, implementation, and review.
• Solid understanding of Risk and Control Frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
