We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our team, oversee daily operations, and drive growth for our academy branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee overall branch operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
  • Achieve monthly admission, sales, and revenue targets.
  • Manage and motivate staff including counselors, trainers, and coordinators.
  • Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and corporate partners.
  • Handle administrative tasks, reports, and financial records efficiently.
  • Ensure high standards of student satisfaction and academic quality.
  • Coordinate with the Head Office for policy implementation and updates.
  • Lead promotional activities and contribute to marketing and outreach plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in an educational institute or sales management role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools preferred.
