The primary role is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients' competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.

To do this, one must perform the following activities within the firm:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist (Manager Level) to support and scale SAP sales operations across the APAC region. The role is central to driving operational excellence, supporting revenue growth initiatives, and ensuring seamless collaboration between Sales team across Deloitte Asia Pacific.

The ideal candidate will bring strong business acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proven experience in managing sales operations across a fast-paced, multi-country environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Planning & Forecasting:
• Support SAP APAC sales pipeline management, and quarterly business reviews. Partner with country sales leads to improve forecast accuracy and performance tracking.
• Process Optimization:
• Drive standardization and automation of sales processes across APAC to enhance efficiency and data visibility. Identify gaps, recommend improvements, and implement best practices.
• Data Analytics & Reporting:
• Build and maintain dashboards to track key KPIs – bookings, pipeline coverage, win/loss ratios, and productivity metrics. Present insights to leadership for data-driven decision-making.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Delivery, Marketing, Finance, HR) to support regional business objectives and ensure smooth execution of go-to-market plans.
• Sales Enablement & Governance:
• Coordinate regional sales training, certifications, and compliance requirements. Ensure sales teams are equipped with the right tools, templates, and collateral to succeed

• Negotiation & Influence: Adept at managing complex deal governance, influencing cross-functional decisions, and supporting commercial discussions.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong data interpretation skills with the ability to generate insights and present them in a compelling narrative.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work across geographies and time zones, driving alignment across diverse teams.
• Results Orientation: Strong ownership mindset with a focus on execution excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Commercial Management, preferably in a technology, consulting, or B2B services organization.
• Demonstrated experience supporting multi-country APAC operations or regional sales enablement.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM systems (Salesforce, SAP C4C, or equivalent).
