Education: B.E in Mechanical or B.E Civil Engineering

Salary Range: 2.5L to 2.75L

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in Auto CAD software and other design tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in product costing and BOQ preparation.
  • Good Presentation and Grooming skills.
  • Must have experience in end customer interaction with the company.
  • Industrial marketing exposure for minimum 3 years.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Design and develop products that meet client specifications and market demands with detailed design drawings, specifications, and models.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for products.
  • Analyse and optimize product costs to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
  • Collaborate with clients and Business Development Managers (BDMs) to clarify product requirements and specifications.
  • Provide technical support and guidance during the product development lifecycle.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, prototyping, and testing to validate product designs.
  • Work closely with vendors to source raw materials and components required for product development and production.
