The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with a strong technical foundation, eager to learn, and capable of contributing to engineering projects, operations, and process improvements. This program is designed to develop future engineers and technical leaders. Key Responsibilities 1. Training & Development Participate in a structured training program covering technical and functional aspects of the organization. Gain hands-on experience in design, production, quality control, project management, or operations depending on the engineering discipline. Learn and apply industry standards, tools, and engineering practices. 2. Project Support & Execution Assist senior engineers in project planning, design, and execution. Support research, testing, and documentation for engineering projects. Contribute to process improvements, troubleshooting, and problem-solving. 3. Documentation & Reporting Prepare and maintain technical reports, drawings, and project documentation. Record and analyze data related to engineering processes. Report progress and findings to supervisors or project managers. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration Work with design, production, quality, and operations teams to understand workflows. Collaborate with team members to implement solutions and improvements. Participate in team meetings, reviews, and brainstorming sessions. 5. Compliance & Safety Adhere to safety guidelines, engineering standards, and company policies. Ensure all tasks are completed with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. Required Skills & Competencies Technical Skills Strong understanding of engineering principles, mathematics, and technical concepts. Proficiency in software tools relevant to the discipline (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, SolidWorks, MS Office). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications. Soft Skills Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and work in a team environment.
