Role Overview:
We are seeking dynamic Product Managers/Sales Professionals to lead marketing and sales efforts across India. This role requires expertise in developing strategies, analyzing market trends, and driving sales for one of the following sub-verticals:
Surgical Apparels
General Wound Management
Advanced Wound Management
Disinfection and Sterilization
Hand Hygiene and Skin Prep
Anaesthesiology
The candidate will play a pivotal role in collaborating with sales teams and managing customer relationships to ensure business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans for assigned sub-verticals.
• Conduct market analysis to provide insights into current market size, potential, and competitive landscape.
• Lead and train the sales team on product knowledge and promotional activities.
• Build strong customer relationships through engagement, training, and education programs.
• Achieve sales targets (monthly, quarterly, and yearly) while ensuring effective implementation of promotional strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design promotional materials and activity calendars.
• Drive customer-centric initiatives and manage direct engagement programs for key stakeholders.
• Manage a team of Product Executives/Sales Professionals to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience: 12-20 years in sales or marketing of medical devices related to at least one sub-vertical (e.g., surgical apparels, wound management, disinfection, etc.).
• Leadership: 8-10 years in managing and leading teams.
• Domain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of products, market trends, and procedures in the healthcare/medical devices industry.
• Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Customer Relationship Management: Expertise in engaging and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
• Communication: Fluency in English (oral and written) and proficiency in at least one regional language.
• Personality: A proactive, energetic, and achievement-driven professional.
