About Us:

Belvedere Marketing & PR is a forward-thinking communications and innovation agency. We're building out our Belvedere Lab — a hub for research, data science, and AI-driven development — and are looking for an experienced AI Developer to join us on a project basis.

About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled AI Developer with a strong background in applied artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation systems. You'll be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and deploying AI solutions that support our internal operations, creative tools, and data-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and automation tools.
  • Collaborate with the Belvedere Lab team to prototype and test AI-driven applications.
  • Optimize existing data and workflow systems using AI/ML solutions.
  • Research and stay updated on the latest trends in AI, ML, and automation technologies.
  • Provide documentation and training on AI tools or models developed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in AI or ML development (no freshers).
  • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or related frameworks.
  • Experience with NLP, data preprocessing, and model deployment.
  • Strong understanding of AI model lifecycle — from design to deployment.
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver project-based outcomes.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience integrating AI with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx).
  • Understanding of APIs and AI automation workflows.
  • Familiarity with generative AI or AI for marketing and business intelligence.
