Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Android/iOS Mobile Developer Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in mobile application development while working on innovative projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a desire to learn about mobile development for both Android and iOS platforms.

If you can develop in Flutter flow or flutter, that could be better.

You will be required to complete an app in this 3 month period with guidance from an experienced senior engineer on the team. Good performance will lead to a full time role here.

We are an NYC based Startup.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.
  • Participate in user research to understand user needs and improve application functionality.
  • Implement design patterns such as MVC to create scalable and maintainable code.
  • Work with RESTful APIs to integrate backend services with mobile applications.
  • Utilize tools like Xamarin for cross-platform development.
  • Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Assist in the continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) process using tools like Jenkins and GitHub.
  • Engage in Agile methodologies to contribute effectively within a team environment.

Skills

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Flutter, Java, Swift, Objective-C, C#, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with Android development tools including Gradle, Visual Studio, and SDKs.
  • Understanding of iOS development concepts, including UI design principles and UX best practices.
  • Knowledge of web services (REST/SOAP) and data formats like JSON and XML.
  • Experience with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, or SQLite.
  • Basic understanding of computer networking principles and APIs.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git or SVN.
  • Exposure to multithreading concepts and debugging techniques.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Pay: Up to ₹2,000.00 per month
