Role Overview:

We are looking for a Document Controller to manage and organize project documentation at our Pondicherry site. The ideal candidate will ensure all documents are properly maintained, up-to-date and easily accessible to the project and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the receipt, tracking, and distribution of all project-related documents.
  • Maintain document accuracy, version control and proper filing systems.
  • Coordinate with engineers, site teams and vendors for documentation needs.
  • Support quality and compliance checks with required documentation.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive project information.

Requirements:

  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and document management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with construction or infrastructure documentation is a plus.
