Job DescriptionRole SummaryHandle billing and measurement for civil engineering and finishing works in commercial building projects. Prepare accurate cost estimates, process contractor payments, and manage project financial documentation.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed bills of quantities for civil and finishing works

Measure completed work and verify contractor claims

Process interim payments and final billing for subcontractors

Review and approve material consumption reports

Maintain project cost records and financial documentation

Coordinate with accounts team for payment processing

Required Skills10-12 years experience in civil engineering billing and measurement

Civil engineering degree (B.E/B.Tech)

Expertise in civil works and finishing activities measurement

Knowledge of construction contracts and payment terms

Proficiency in billing software and Excel

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in calculations

What You'll Work OnCommercial office buildings and retail spaces

Civil works including structural, flooring, and external works

Finishing works including painting, tiling, and interior elements

Contractor payment processing and cost control

Quantity measurement and billing verification

Project cost tracking and reporting
