Role Overview

The Engineering Manager – Future Vision will be responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of business-critical projects that drive strategic value for the organization. This role demands strong technical leadership, stakeholder engagement, and delivery excellence across large-scale programs, particularly in PEGA, Security, and .NET/Angular technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the delivery of high-impact projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Oversee all project functions including planning, execution, and delivery, involving internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Lead large-scale PEGA and Security programs, ensuring technical robustness and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with architects to ensure designs meet standards and promote reusable components.
• Manage program-wide initiatives with significant budgets, ensuring effective staffing and stakeholder communication.
• Focus on technical and delivery management, driving execution excellence.
• Develop and implement coordinated plans to meet program goals and priorities.
• Ensure optimal resource management and task allocation.
• Review and validate solutions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to developers and analysts.
• Ensure compliance with Deloitte standards and governance boards.
• Manage capacity planning, project planning, and RAID logs.
• Coordinate with third-party teams for component delivery.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to guide project execution.
• Foster a high-performance culture within the tech team.
• Promote risk management, governance, and compliance across the team.
• Align communications and messaging across business units.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 17+ years of experience in technology project delivery.
• Deep expertise in PEGA PRPC, Constellation architecture, DX APIs, queue processors, Security frameworks, AWS Cognito, OAuth, .NET, and Angular.
• Proven track record of leading large PEGA and Security programs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in SAFe Agile methodologies.
• Experience working directly with senior clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and provide technical guidance to development teams.
• High initiative and innovation mindset.
• Flexible and adaptable working style to collaborate across multiple teams.
• Willingness to undergo training for role-specific certifications.
