- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets within the Kolkata cluster.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring performance accountability and continuous development.
- Identify new business opportunities, expand client portfolios, and strengthen relationships with key enterprise and mid-market clients.
- Conduct regular market analysis to monitor competitive landscape, customer needs, and emerging trends in the administration services sector.
- Oversee end-to-end sales cycles, including lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with brand positioning and service delivery capabilities.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for senior leadership review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and ethical business standards across all activities.
- Implement customer feedback mechanisms to improve service delivery and client retention.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 2–5 years of progressive experience in sales management, preferably within administration, business process outsourcing (BPO), or professional services.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of the Kolkata business ecosystem and regional market dynamics.
- Willingness to travel within the city and surrounding areas as required
