Government Compliances and Taxes:

  • Audit and complete all relevant taxes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure the company's full compliance with GST, income tax, and other statutory obligations.
  • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities as and when required.
  • Manage tax planning strategies to optimize the company's tax position.

Accounts Audit and Discrepancy Reporting:

  • Coordinate and lead financial audits, ensuring adherence to audit schedules.
  • Collaborate with auditors to address audit queries and findings promptly.
  • Identify and investigate financial discrepancies, irregularities, and issues.
  • Report findings and recommended actions to the Director for resolution.

Vendor Payments and Reconciliation:

  • Manage vendor payments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to payment terms.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of vendor accounts to resolve discrepancies with any outstanding balances or issues being reported to the Director.

Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including income statements, expense reports, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Offer insights and recommendations to the executive team based on financial analysis.

Bank Reconciliation:

  • Oversee daily and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Identify and resolve mismatches, discrepancies, or pending transactions in coordination with banks and internal teams.

Personal File & Documentation Management:

  • Maintain and manage confidential personal files of the Director, ensuring proper documentation and easy retrieval.
  • Ensure all financial, statutory, and personal records are updated, secure, and compliant with internal policies.

Payroll Accounting:

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll accounting, including salary calculations, deductions, and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, TDS, PT, etc.).
  • Ensure accurate and timely disbursement of salaries.
  • Reconcile payroll accounts and maintain complete payroll records for audit and compliance purposes.
