Key responsibilities

  • Sales and business development:
  • Acquire new customers for Current and Savings Accounts (CASA) and credit cards.
  • Sell and cross-sell various banking and third-party financial products, such as fixed deposits, insurance, and loans.
  • Achieve and exceed defined business and sales targets.
  • Generate leads for other products by engaging with potential customers.
  • Customer relationship management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Provide quality customer service, handle post-sales service requests, and coordinate renewals.
  • Manage and service the existing customer portfolio.
  • Compliance and reporting:
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with bank norms, regulations, and KYC (Know Your Customer) standards.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and submit complete application forms and documentation.
  • Adhere to training and certification requirements for selling various products.
  • Area and market management:
  • Map out potential sales areas and lanes regularly.
  • Manage relationships with any assigned sources or partners, such as housing loan executives or developers.
  • Provide market feedback to supervisors, including competitor insights.
