Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Nagpur for various Cell Quality positions including ESS Engineer, Senior Engineer, and Technician. The roles involve ensuring the quality of solar cells through detailed inspections, testing, and analysis. Responsibilities include monitoring production processes, identifying and resolving quality issues, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with other departments to improve product quality and performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in quality control, inspection, and monitoring processes for solar cell manufacturing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of industry standards and compliance for solar PV production
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency with relevant software and tools for quality testing and data analysis
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Relevant experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field for Engineer roles, and relevant technical certifications for Technician roles
