About KAZA

KAZA is a growing startup helping local shops and service providers go digital. We're looking for enthusiastic interns to join our Sales & Marketing team and learn how to build a business from the ground up.

What You'll Do

  • Visit local shops/sellers with our team to explain KAZA's platform.
  • Support seller onboarding and help with registration.
  • Assist in calling potential sellers (tele-support).
  • Collect market feedback and share insights with the team.
  • Achieve basic weekly targets (training & support provided).

Who Can Apply

  • Freshers / final year students / recent graduates.
  • Interested in sales, marketing & startup culture.
  • Comfortable with field visits across Kolkata.
  • Good communication in
    Bengali/
    Hindi (English is a plus).
  • Must own a smartphone (two-wheeler is a plus).

Requirements

  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must know Bengali and Hindi.
  • Willingness to travel within the city.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn.
  • Previous sales/field experience is a plus.
