hands-on technical leader
who thrives in startups, can
roll up their sleeves
to code and debug, and has the vision to build
scalable architecture
for pilots and beyond.

Role Overview

As the Technical Lead – Platform
, you will:

• Take
  ownership of technical readiness
  for our Platform deployments.
• Guide and mentor the team across Robotics,
  IoT, AI/ML, and Full-Stack
  development.
• Ensure
  end-to-end integration
  of sensors, data pipelines, AI models, and dashboards into robust, pilot/full-scale project-ready solutions.
• Set up
  best practices for reviews, testing, and architecture
  to eliminate "dummy progress" and ensure real-world execution.
• Act as the
  hands-on Technical execution partner to the Founder & CEO
  , ensuring client-facing pilots/Projects succeed without fail.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pilot Execution & Readiness

2. Lead technical validation for INNOFarms.AI Ecosystem Platform's Products.

3. Ensure pilots/Projects run seamlessly with real sensors, IoT modules, and AI-driven dashboards, robotics integrations.

2 . Architecture & Code Leadership

• Define scalable platform architecture across IoT + AI + SaaS stack.

• Review and mentor
  devs' code to enforce quality, performance, and robustness.

• AI, IoT & Full-Stack Integration

• Deploy AI-driven insights (crop health, yield predictions, anomaly detection).

• Review and build dynamic IoT control systems (irrigation, climate, lighting).
• Ensure real-time integration with
  INNOFarmsXOS dashboard
  .

3. Startup Leadership

• Work directly with Founder/CEO, CTO on roadmap and external pilots/Projects.
• Help manage a small cross-functional team (AI, IoT, full-stack devs).
• Instill a culture of ownership, testing, and real-world results.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience:
  5–8 years in IoT + AI/ML + SaaS/Full-Stack systems.
• Startup DNA:
  Prior exposure to early-stage startup or AgriTech/Robotics/AI/IoT environment.
• Hands-On Skills:
  Comfortable coding, debugging, and field-testing systems.
• Technical Stack Knowledge:
• IoT: MQTT, Node-RED, embedded systems, sensor integration.
• AI/ML:
  Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Computer Vision.
• Full-Stack:
  , APIs, Cloud (Azure).
• Strong in
  system architecture
  and scaling MVP into project-ready products.
• Passion for sustainability, agriculture, and solving real-world challenges.
