We are currently seeking a Software Development Senior Specialist to join our team in NOIDA, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Role overview

As a technical designer, resource will analyse business and technical designs/processes. Using current programming language and technologies, he/she will write code, complete programming and perform testing and debugging of applications. He/She will completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and training to technical team
  • Analyse the technical solution and guide technical team to complete project in timely manner
  • Writes efficient, re- usable, optimal, and well documented code.
  • Design, code, test, debug and document software according to organizations systems standards, policies and, procedures, security and compliance requirements.
  • Debugging critical problems and resolving complex technical issues that may arise
  • Participate in client/external interactions on technical matters
  • Drive engineering processes for the project such as build automation, unit testing, software configuration management and packaging
  • Provide technology expertise in at least one technology area
  • Provide application development expertise in end to end SDLC phases

Requirements

Mandatory -

  • 5+ year experience in IT industry in software development area
  • Technical Skill: Cobol, JCL, DB2, IMS DB , Easytrieve
  • Processes Knowledge: SDLC phases, estimation.
  • Domain knowledge - Banking domain and Payments & Cards knowledge preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 4 year college degree in Engineering discipline preferred
