· Managing Renewal business for Advisors / Direct as well as SME business

for UP region

· Tracking performnce wrt renewal business with Team

· Daily Meeting with one or more critical advisor (either branch or advisors'

s place).

· For good gesture regular do the tele discussion with all concern or low/top

performing advisors.

· Ensuring QC check all leadership approval mails before initiating by team.

· Supervising and ensuring customer dialling through branches.

· Dip check of dispositions – Field calling and Call centre calling both to see

the maximum scope.

· Collate and Raise all related concern to IT/Central/Ops which effects

advisor or team performance etc.

· Check daily positive pool of renewal business with team and tracking down

· Discuss call centre positive cases with advisors separately with support of

team.

· Allocate the base considering the scope , area for better performance

· Regular in discussion with Central training team for QC check, Call quality

and Product training.

· Calling HNI customers and all channel

partenrs assisting them to renew their
