KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Platform Management

  • Handle all existing platforms (website + 3rd party marketplaces).
  • Expand brand presence to more platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Amazon, Flipkart, ONDC, Swiggy Minis, etc.)

2. Listings & Catalogue Management

  • Create & manage product listings with high-quality descriptions, images, tags, SEO, pricing.
  • Ensure correct shelf life, packaging, and variants for each platform.
  • Update inventory, MRP changes, stockouts, and new launches regularly.

3. Online Sales Growth

  • Monitor daily sales, conversions, page performance, and best-selling SKUs.
  • Plan promotions, discount strategies, bundling, gifting packs for festivals.
  • Implement growth hacks and platform-friendly algorithms.

4. Data & Demand Forecasting

  • Study weekly/monthly sales trends.
  • Predict demand for festivals, weekends, high movement items.
  • Coordinate with production team for stock planning.

5. Customer Acquisition & Retention

  • Reduce CAC with smart campaigns.
  • Build data-driven customer repeat strategy.
  • Ensure 5-star experience through fast fulfilment & review management.

6. Relationship Management

  • Maintain healthy relationships with:
  • Marketplace category managers
  • Online delivery partners
  • Tech & listing support teams
  • Internal store & production team

7. Operations & Service Excellence

  • Track order flow: received → packed → dispatched → delivered.
  • Improve return rate, damage issues, wrong order issues.
  • Build SOPs for packing, imaging, QC, and marketplace coordination.

8. Reporting & Insights

  • Daily/weekly sales reports
  • Customer behaviour insights
  • Platform-wise performance
  • Category-wise contribution
  • Marketing ROI reports
  • Demand forecasting reports
