Educational Qualifications:

• Graduate – Computer Science or related field
• Postgraduate – Computer Science or related field
• Specialization/ Computers/ MCA – Computers/ M.Sc – Any Specialization.

Role Overview:

As a Sr. Fullstack Developer you will lead a team of developers, contributing to both front-end and back-end development. You will be instrumental in driving the design and architecture of solutions, ensuring best practices are followed, and delivering high-quality, maintainable code. You will mentor junior developers, manage project timelines, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products.

Objectives of this Role:

• Lead the development of complex web applications, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
• Guide the development team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and drive project delivery.
• Ensure code quality and application performance through best practices in software development, testing, and deployment.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to implement innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical tasks.
• Define project scopes, set development timelines, and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Develop responsive user interfaces and ensure seamless integration with server-side logic.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues across both client and server sides.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring the application meets high performance and security standards.
• Oversee and manage the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Lead code reviews, ensure adherence to development standards, and enforce best practices in coding and architecture.
  Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers.

Required Skills:

• 4-8 years of experience and proven track record of delivering full-stack applications.
• Strong expertise in front-end technologies: Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS.
• Proficient in PHP and hands-on experience with MySQL.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Solid experience in designing and developing scalable, maintainable web applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Experience using Microsoft Azure for project management and collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Additional Skills:

• Scrum master Certification.
• Python development experience.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Knowledge of deployment and server management.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools (e.g., Figma).
