About the role

The ideal candidate will manage the full inside-sales cycle starting from prospecting and lead qualification to product demos, pricing discussions, and closing deals. You will play a key role in expanding Autorox across international markets, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Role & responsibilities

  • Prospect and build a strong pipeline through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and lead follow-ups
  • Conduct high impact product demos to workshop owners and decision makers
  • Qualify prospects and understand customer needs to position Autorox effectively
  • Negotiate pricing, proposals, and commercial terms
  • Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
  • Upsell and cross-sell to existing accounts to drive revenue expansion
  • Perform data mining and market research to identify target segments and new opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow defined inside sales processes
  • Work across global time zones (Middle East, APAC, Europe, US) as required
  • Collaborate with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure smooth go-live and retention

Preferred candidate profile

  • 25 years of inside-sales experience (SaaS experience preferred)
  • Proven track record in cold calling, demos, negotiation & closing
  • Experience selling to international markets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (English mandatory; additional languages a plus)
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycle and CRM usage (Freshdesk/Zoho preferred)
  • High energy, results-driven mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
