Inside Sales Executive

About the role
The ideal candidate will manage the full inside-sales cycle starting from prospecting and lead qualification to product demos, pricing discussions, and closing deals. You will play a key role in expanding Autorox across international markets, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.
Role & responsibilities
- Prospect and build a strong pipeline through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and lead follow-ups
- Conduct high impact product demos to workshop owners and decision makers
- Qualify prospects and understand customer needs to position Autorox effectively
- Negotiate pricing, proposals, and commercial terms
- Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Upsell and cross-sell to existing accounts to drive revenue expansion
- Perform data mining and market research to identify target segments and new opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow defined inside sales processes
- Work across global time zones (Middle East, APAC, Europe, US) as required
- Collaborate with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure smooth go-live and retention
Preferred candidate profile
- 25 years of inside-sales experience (SaaS experience preferred)
- Proven track record in cold calling, demos, negotiation & closing
- Experience selling to international markets
- Strong communication and presentation skills (English mandatory; additional languages a plus)
- Understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycle and CRM usage (Freshdesk/Zoho preferred)
- High energy, results-driven mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
