We also produce and manage the biggest music events, live performances, sports, plays across India such as Lollapalooza, Coldplay, Ed Sheeran, Bandland, Guns N' Roses, U2, Cirque De Soleil, Indian Premier League and others.

From the wild ecstasy of Lollapalooza to the soulful strains of Coldplay, the fiery chords of Ed Sheeran, the rebellious anthems of Guns N' Roses, the celestial hymns of U2, the whimsical enchantment of Cirque du Soleil, and the roaring fervor of the Indian Premier League, we orchestrate a pantheon of experiences that dazzle the subcontinent. Our rocket ship launched in 2007 and we are travelling at breakneck speed as we create communities and redefine the entertainment experience space in India; we are literally defining the concert economy.

We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented intern to join our Client Servicing team in the live events space. You'll work closely with account managers and production teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of events. This is a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of event planning, client management, and on-ground coordination.

Your Profile

  • Support the client servicing team in managing day-to-day communication with clients

  • Assist in preparing event proposals, presentations, and reports + maintaining all sheets/trackers for brands

  • Coordinate with internal departments (project, business, production, creative, marketing) to ensure timely deliverables

  • Help manage event timelines, client feedback, and follow-ups

  • Support in on ground execution for brand deliverables

  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
