Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Management

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), YouTube, and other paid channels.
  • Optimize product listings, keywords, and ad performance on e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, TataCliq, etc.).
  • Analyze marketing data, ROI, and campaign metrics to improve conversions and reduce ad spend wastage.
  • Manage website SEO, backlinks, and traffic growth.
  • Coordinate online offers, promotions, and festive campaigns aligned with retail and e-commerce sales targets.

2. Social Media Strategy & Content Coordination

  • Create and manage the brand's social media calendar for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Plan regular product shoots, reels, and influencer collaborations to enhance engagement and brand visibility.
  • Coordinate with photographers, stylists, and content creators for consistent brand communication.
  • Write catchy captions, product stories, and brand communication posts.
  • Engage with followers and communities to increase brand loyalty and social visibility.

3. Collaboration & Brand Growth

  • Work with store teams and the marketing head to create local and national campaigns.
  • Support offline store launches, events, and cross-promotions via social media.
  • Build partnerships with influencers, bloggers, and media outlets.
  • Skills & Qualifications: Experience in Marketing / Retail management and Startup planning / Digital Media or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media for Retail / E-commerce brands.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Shopify (or similar CMS).
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
  • Creative mindset with strong writing and communication skills.
