Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a UX/UI Designer, located in Hyderabad. The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for designing user interfaces and user experiences, including creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. The designer will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience. The role also involves conducting user research and testing, analyzing user feedback, and iterating on designs to improve usability and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar applications
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
  • Ability to conduct user research and usability testing
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant design projects and work experience
