Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting & Finance
  • Prepare and maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations.
  • Support in preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.

Audit & Assurance

  • Support statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities.

Taxation & Compliance

  • Assist in filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax returns, and other statutory compliances.
  • Prepare working papers and documentation for tax assessments and audits.
  • Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations.

Advisory & Support

  • Provide analytical support for cost optimization and financial decision-making.
  • Assist management in financial planning and strategy implementation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth financial operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Qualified CA.
  • Articleship / prior work experience in accounting, audit, or taxation preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, and TDS.
  • Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively.

Experience

  • 5 – 10years (including Articleship) in Finance, Audit, Taxation, or related roles.
