Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Indian Accounting & TaxationLocation: India (On-site/Hybrid)Reporting to: Senior Accounting Manager / Finance DirectorCertification Required: Chartered Accountant (ICAI, India) – MandatoryJob Overview: We are looking for a highly competent Chartered Accountant (CA) certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) to join our team in India. The role involves delivering comprehensive accounting, taxation, auditing, financial planning, and compliance services to our domestic Indian clientele. The candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of Indian financial regulations, direct and indirect taxation, statutory audits, and financial reporting standards.Key Responsibilities:Preparation and finalization of financial statements as per Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and applicable accounting guidelines.Conduct statutory and internal audits ensuring adherence to compliance requirements laid down by ICAI and regulatory bodies.Prepare, review, and file Income Tax returns, GST returns, and other statutory compliance documents.Manage audits including statutory, tax, internal, and compliance audits.Provide tax planning and advisory services, ensuring clients comply with relevant taxation regulations.Ensure timely and accurate compliance with ROC filings, tax audits, and regulatory reporting.Offer guidance and support for corporate finance activities, budgeting, and forecasting.Liaise with government authorities, regulatory agencies, and banking institutions as necessary.Maintain client relationships through regular interactions, providing strategic financial advice and solutions.Keep abreast of changes in taxation laws, regulatory updates, and accounting standards.Train and mentor junior accountants, facilitating their professional growth.Qualifications & Experience:Qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI (Mandatory).Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Indian accounting, taxation, and statutory audits.In-depth knowledge of Ind AS, GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and regulatory compliances.Experience in reputable accounting firms or corporate financial roles preferred.Proficiency with accounting software (Tally ERP, Zoho Books, SAP, etc.) and taxation tools.Key Skills:Strong analytical, auditing, and financial reporting skills.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.High attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance orientation.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.Strong team leadership and mentorship capabilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a professional environment.Working Conditions:On-site or hybrid work model available.Standard working hours with flexibility during peak compliance periods.Occasional travel to client locations may be required.Compensation:Competitive remuneration based on experience and industry standards.Performance-driven bonuses and career progression opportunities.Why Join Us:Exposure to diverse and prestigious Indian clientele.Career development opportunities in a progressive work environment.Collaborative and dynamic organizational culture.Attractive salary package and employee benefits.
