We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chartered Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of accounting principles and a proven ability to manage financial tasks. This role is crucial for ensuring the financial integrity and regulatory compliance of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present accurate financial statements, ensuring they comply with all legal and accounting standards.
  • Auditing: Conduct internal and external audits to verify the accuracy of financial records and identify any discrepancies or risks.
  • Tax Management: Oversee all tax-related activities, including preparing and filing tax returns, and developing tax strategies to minimize liabilities.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage company budgets, and create financial forecasts to support strategic business planning and decision-making.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks, implementing controls and procedures to protect the company's assets.
  • Advisory: Provide expert financial advice to management on a range of topics, including investments, cost control, and business growth opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Must hold a valid Chartered Accountant (CA) designation from a recognized professional body.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field would be a bonus
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years
  • Proficient in accounting software like Tally and MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of Indian tax laws and familiar with filing of company tax returns.
  • Strong ability to interpret complex financial data and solve problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • A high degree of professional ethics and discretion when handling confidential financial information.
