Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Greater Taung. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating client leads, building and maintaining strong relationships, and closing sales opportunities. Tasks include understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. They will collaborate with internal teams and provide feedback to enhance product offerings while representing the company in a professional manner during engagements with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented approach to challenges
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools; familiarity with tech or edtech products is a bonus
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
