Position Title – Executive – RPA Analyst

Position Type: Permanent Shift: 2nd Shift

Location: Magarpatta Pune WFO 5 Days Monday- Friday, 5 Days.

The Position:

The Executive - RPA Analyst role provides day-to-day operational support to Develop, Maintain and Improve the RPA solutions and environments. The Executive works side by side with Business Analysts, Subject Matter Experts, 3rd party vendors, and IT to identify and resolve issues as well as to test and monitor updates.

This role will report to the DGM -Operations now.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for platform and bot monitoring.
• Responsible for operations support of the RPA platform.
• Development/Enhancement of BOT's
• Support IT Infrastructure and Operations teams in establishing and maintaining the RPA systems & infrastructure teams in setting up the environment(s).
• Log and escalate issues to relevant teams, provide viable workarounds to resolve incidents.
• Provide troubleshooting for RPA related issues.
• Perform problem solving for issues that arise in day-to-day running of RPA processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required.
• Provide and lead technical support for business operations by proactively overseeing, researching, and resolving production issues in the RPA platform.
• Monitor production job status, take proactive actions to investigate & resolve abnormalities.
• Prepare monitoring metrics and utilize them for improvement.
• Support with transitioning of new bots into production support.
• Provide appropriate documentation of issues, resolution, updates, standard operating procedures, etc.
• Participate in testing related to but not limited to system upgrades, process changes, platform changes, unit and user acceptance, etc.
• May provide training to bot end users.

Qualifications & Experience:

• BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, or related fields.
• Minimum 2-4 year business experience.
• Hands-on automation experience preferred. Familiarity with automation principles, tools, practices preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in problem-solving and troubleshooting.
• Experience in programming, any language, required. Experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere.
• Must demonstrate the following competencies:
