About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager – Fleet Acquisition & Strategic Partnerships to join our team in Delhi. This role is focused on acquiring EV fleet operators, building strategic partnerships with ecosystem players, and driving revenue growth through TapFin FleetForce. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales, fleet/logistics/EV ecosystems, and a proven track record of closing large accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Fleet Operator Acquisition & Sales
- Identify and onboard EV fleet operators across 2W/3W/4W segments.
- Pitch TapFin FleetForce to operational, tech, and CXO-level stakeholders.
- Drive account conversion from first contact to go-live.
- Own the complete sales funnel from lead generation to revenue realization.
- Strategic Partnerships
- Build and manage relationships with vehicle OEMs, battery manufacturers, logistics/e-commerce companies, and IoT/telematics solution providers.
- Co-create partnership-led growth strategies to integrate TapFin within fleet value chains.
- Account Activation & Success
- Collaborate with internal operations and product teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Monitor early adoption, usage, and revenue realization from onboarded accounts.
- Drive retention and account growth through ongoing engagement.
Must-Have Qualifications & Skills
- 7–10 years of B2B sales/business development experience.
- Minimum 3–4 years in one or more of the following domains:
- Fleet SaaS sales / logistics tech / EV ecosystem (OEMs, leasing, fleet ops).
- Telematics / IoT providers.
- Proven experience with fleet operator acquisition and mid-to-large B2B logistics accounts.
- Strong network in EV, logistics, or auto ecosystems.
- Demonstrated success in hunting roles (new business acquisition).
- Hands-on experience in onboarding operators and driving revenue.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Prior exposure to working with fleet operators or large B2B logistics accounts.
Education
- Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of fleet accounts signed and activated.
- Number of vehicles onboarded and generating revenue.
- Partnerships forged with ecosystem players.
- Revenue generated and retained from live accounts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,500, ₹1,800,000.00 per year
