Key Responsibilities

  • Tactical planning and execution to release BOM and drawings of projects as per plan by deploying resources.
  • Plan and implement cost reduction concepts for projects which are to be introduced in standard + X program.
  • Talent acquisition, development, and retention. Lead people to achieve Self-management, superior performance, consistent with Armstrong values.
  • Clear FAT, SAT related issues on priority, visit sites to improve designs, handshake points, solve issues etc.
  • Thorough implementation of data storage, retrieval, and security management protocols.

Competencies

  • Knowledge of Machine design, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, manufacturing process and Raw/finished.
  • material/goods availability in market
  • Leadership skills, Interpersonal communication skills, Logical and tactical thinking.
  • Good Analytical skills and strong command over Engineering basics for design calculations and critical design thinking.
  • Hands on knowledge of Inventor and Auto cad.
  • Systematic approach to plan and execute projects/experiments, risk mitigation skill.
  • Ability to respect and implement principles and values of organization.
