Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the position of Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Mechanical Maintenance, based in Nashik. The role involves managing maintenance and mechanical engineering activities to ensure the seamless operation of equipment and machinery. Key responsibilities include overseeing repairs, conducting inspections, and implementing preventive maintenance programs. The candidate will also collaborate with the engineering team to optimize processes and leverage Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools as needed for technical planning and execution.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Maintenance and Mechanical Engineering
  • Proficiency in using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for technical planning
  • Experience in conducting and managing Inspection processes
  • Familiarity with Automotive technologies and systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in supervising maintenance activities within industrial or food processing environments is an advantage
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
