Key Responsibilities

Innovation-Driven Product Strategy

· Architect and execute agile product strategies for clinical/ pre-clinical product lifecycle management.

· Spearhead AI-enabled initiatives that unlock data-driven insights, automation, and operational acceleration.

· Drive rapid ideation-to-launch cycles for innovation projects aligned with strategic business outcomes and compliance frameworks.

Agile Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

· Partner cross-functionally with clinical operations, regulatory, engineering, and data science teams to co-create impactful solutions.

· Cultivate external partnerships to scout, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies with speed and precision.

Compliance & Risk Agility

· Ensure all product development activities meet GxP standards while enabling fast-paced innovation.

· Collaborate with quality and compliance teams to streamline audits, documentation, and validation processes.

Execution Excellence

· Lead agile development cycles with cross-functional teams, ensuring rapid iteration and delivery.

· Monitor KPIs and product performance, applying real-time analytics to optimize outcomes.

Strategic Capability Building

· Develop and scale product/service roadmaps from concept to enterprise launch, integrating cutting-edge technologies and agile methodologies.

· Rapidly prototype and iterate emerging technologies to validate value and accelerate adoption.

· Align innovation efforts with business, IT, and regulatory strategies to ensure sustained impact
 

· Build digital capabilities and ecosystem partnerships that support scalable innovation.

· Full lifecycle ownership of products and services from incubation to enterprise deployment.

· Serve as escalation point and decision-maker for strategic issues and investments.

Qualifications

· 7+ years of product management experience in clinical research, healthcare, or life sciences.

· Deep understanding of GxP regulations, clinical workflows, and sample logistics.

· Proven track record with AI technologies, data platforms, and agile innovation frameworks.

· Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

· Bachelor's or Master's in Life Sciences, Health Care Informatics, Project Management g, or related field; MBA preferred.
